These terms govern booking and delivery of cosmetic services at SOO Korean Skin. The specific content, duration and price are shown on the website and in the Fresha booking system.

Booking and payment

Bookings are made through Fresha. Before confirmation, the client is shown the selected service, appointment and price. Payment is made using a method available at the studio or through the booking system.

Changes and cancellation

An appointment can be changed or cancelled using the link in the booking confirmation or by contacting the studio. Any cancellation terms shown during booking on Fresha form part of that specific booking.

Health information and responsibility

Before treatment, the client must disclose allergies, pregnancy, medication, skin conditions and other circumstances that may affect safety. The studio may adjust or decline a treatment when it would not be suitable.

Complaints and contact

If you are unsure what your skin needs, start with Korean Basic Care. It includes a skin analysis, which we use to tailor the treatment specifically to you.

How should I prepare?

Come without make-up if you can, and skip strong exfoliants and retinol for three days beforehand.

TreatmentsMy skin is very sensitive. Is this for me?

Yes. Korean protocols are built on gentleness - we have treatments made specifically for reactive skin.

Can I come while pregnant?

Many treatments yes, with certain actives omitted. Please let us know in advance.

How long until I see results?

Glow and hydration show immediately. Texture, pigmentation and acne changes need a series.

AftercareWhat does aftercare look like?

A gentle routine for the first 24 hours, no exfoliation and diligent SPF. You'll get specific advice in studio.
